Nothing but the wheel is real. The rest is CGI (and obviously so) not only is this the reasonable intuitive answer it is readily apparent visually. The wheel is where you're eyes are drawn expecting action so that is real- your eyes are looking there before anything else to pick the scene apart. Also, round moving 3D items are difficult to conviningly animate.
